I have chosen to run because I have the time to give to our important issues, I have the experience and skills to tackle the problems and create solutions, and most important of all, I am dedicated to making a positive difference to the city my wife, Sharon, and I have lived in for the past 28 years.

I need your support to do what needs to be done. I also need to know what you think is important.

How you can help

• Invite your Del Mar neighbors and friends over to your house for coffee. I’ll join you. We’ll have a good opportunity to get to know each other. We’ll be able to discuss the things you think are important and I’ll be able to go into detail about what I want to accomplish.
• Volunteer for my election committee. Believe me, there’s plenty to do!
• Spread the word about voting for a councilmember who will turn the tide in Del Mar…get results…not stall on traffic or trains.  Tell your neighbors and everyone you meet in the Village that Carl Hilliard is your choice for Del Mar City Council.
