Preserving the last open space in Del Mar

• 	Supporting the restoration of the San Dieguito Lagoon

  We gave back the Del Mar Shores property at Camino Del Mar and 9th Street to everyone in our community
• Now we have a park, a children's playground, a home for the Winston School and a wonderful community asset for the future or our families and our city

The Vision for the Village

• We said "Enough studies and Reports!"
• We're finally moving forward with our vision for the heart of Del mar that is consistent with our community plan
• Let's keep the momentum going, implementing our dream for a place where residents and visitors can walk and shop and dine without worrying about traffic and parking

  We've worked hard to open meaningful dialogue at every level of city and county governments.
• We turned an adversarial relationship with 22nd Agricultural District completely around, restoring good relations
